Account Suspended for Billing information before billing date.

Hello,

 

We have been using adwords for couple of months now and our billing is set to auto pay. We were having no issues until we added a backup MasterCard on our account, all of a sudden our account got suspended and the reason is "Your Google Ad Words account has been suspended because your billing information in this, or a related account could not be verified."

 

I have filled up the forms for Adwords team to review our account but there is no progress. Is there anyway we can talk to Adwords team to get this sorted out?

If it has been more than a few days resubmit the form; Did you check your email (the one used to log into the account)?

- Our support team is unable to provide any further information on this matter.
- Please refrain from creating additional AdWords accounts, as they will be subject to the same suspension.

If they don't want to provide service I understand, it's there business. But not giving a warning to correct the problem / billing information, not giving any reason why they suspended the account is upsetting.
