Account Suspended due to billing verfication

Your Google AdWords account has been suspended because your billing information in this, or a related account could not be verified

 

This is what I got when i open my adwords account.I already talk to Customer support they said they actually dont know whats the reason is soo i would like to whether it is a resolvable issue or not and is it permanently suspended or its under review and how much time they will take to finalize the decisionbecuase whenever i mail anything to them i only got robo reply's my whole business is down because of it ..waitin for the reply

What exactly did customer support say? They should be able to tell you exactly why this has happened. I assume you tried ocntacting them via their phone support?

 

If not you will be able to find a contact phone number here

 

Getting your acocunt unsuspended is dependent on why it was suspended in the first place.

Yaaa i tried calling them back they said they dont knw the exact thing for which it has been suspended they only said it is done by our review team the only thing they say is u can raise a appeal thats it and my account is suspended becuase of billing detail i found out tht my billing details were filled wrong so i cross checked and updated it again after the suspension of the account soo now can i wait for the reactivation of the account or should i create a new one ??

You'll have to wait. Any new accounts you open will also be suspended.

 

If it's a genuine error which you have now rectified, it should bode well.

 

Just wait a short while, they will get back to you upon making a descision.

i raise the appeal to them why they always throw the same robo messeges back to me i got it million of time

Please share with us your website URL; The issue seems to be a landing page violation,  rather than a billing issue. (Though the original email was, apparently, about billing verification.)

Without   "exploring"  too deeply, I can instantly see 2 issues (and there could be more...):

  1. I don't see on your site any clear pricing plan;
  2. There is no clear disclaimer that you are an independent service;

 

Have you previously had an account that was suspended?. If you did, you cannot return and advertise with Google, no matter how much efforts you will put in fixing the site.
