Abnormal volume of billing reviews

I created my adwords account back on 09th september 2016.

 

Below are all the billing reviews my account has undergone along with the length of time ive been offline due to these reviews;

 

September 2016

09th - 12th (3 days offline)

16th - 21st (6 days offline)

23rd - 24th (2 days offline)

28th - 30th (3 days offline)

 

October 2016

1st - 2nd (2 days offline)

23rd - 24th (1 day offline)

26th - 30th (5 days offline)

 

November 2016

4th (1 day offline)

18th (1 day offline)

25th (1 day offline)

27th (1 day offline)

 

December 2016

Intermittent hours offline

 

January 2017

Early january - intermittent hours offline

20th (1 day offline)

23rd (1 day offline)

 

During the past months i have requested via numerous support tickets and numerous telephone calls to request what ever is triggering these billing reviews to stop being so frequent. Its literally destroying any business im trying to grow. Its casusing so much strain on my business i may be forced to close down by the lack of time spent offline.

 

I never get a resolution from support and occassionally receive the automated email response advising the billing review is complete.

 

Can any google rep on here help me please?

Since we are a peer-to-peer help community, we are not able to see or access your account. And we are not able to offer assistance with billing or suspensions. You will need to interact with Google AdWords support.

So my account has yet again gone through a further 3 more billing reviews just in the past 2 weeks. This is damaging my business substantially.

 

I have emailed support over a week ago and had no reply with this matter.

Hi Melvin,

 

I am sorry to hear of this. The AdWords support team is working through every inquiry as fast as possible and in the order received. Please allow them time to respond. 

 

While I know this reply is not doing much for your actual needs, I am sad to say there is nothing myself or anyone here can do for billing and/or suspension issues since we are not able to access accounts or overstep AdWords Support. I really hope things smooth out soon.
