ACCOUNT SUSPENDED ON THANKSGIVING
Google has suspended our a/c on Thanksgiving for non payment of an invoice in Dec 2013. For 14 years, we have been regular payers, have paid every invoice before and since December 2013. Google has never sent an invoice, a reminder or any form of communication to the effect that our account was overdue.
Yet they suspend our account the day before Black Friday when no one is working.
Is there anyone I can contact or who can contact me to help us out?
