i want to know, how a professional Adwords specialist approach his work on day to day basis. role & responsiblities

That's a rather large topic. There are plenty of pro's here who could write several books to answer it. 

 

For me running a micro-boutique style agency, there are numerous workflows. I use support staff sparingly for some administrative tasks but do all of the technical work myself, as a business strategy:

> Designing new campaigns: baselining existing campaigns and extracting data, competitor analysis, keyword research, ad group structure design, writing ad copy, extension design, computing bids, etc.

 

> Managing client campaigns: monitoring kpi's, reviewing parameters of particular interest, monitoring ad spends, making decisions e.g. splitting ad groups and implementing, expanding keyword base, adding bid adjustments by device type, geo etc.; downloading and recomputing bids. 

 

> Aggressive optimization of campaigns: post-launch.  Tasks vary depending upon the type of campaign. Often involves writing spec's for requested modifications to sites and landing pages.

 

> Reporting: pulling reports on campaigns, adding commentary, distributing to clients. 

 

> Administrative: managing clients, invoicing, bookkeeping/accounting related.
