Hi there;
Programing language has no effect on QS, The content of the site, - does matter.
Read more about the components of the QS which matter, in the following white paper by Google:

Hello,

To follow with Moshe, a small input to what he said above, yes there is no direct relationship between your programming language or the technology used for the website and Quality Score.

But you need to make sure that the landing page or the website being used to advertise for AdWords does fulfill the basic requirements. That could be either the Page Load Time, user experience on what you are saying in your ad versus what it says on the landing page (they should match), not blocking the AdBot crawler while evaluating the Overall Quality Score etc...They might impact the Ad Rank when you compete during the ad auction.

Hello awing w,

Ajax may hide content from google text parsers and this content is used for "Landing page experience" so make sure to follow these guidelines :

Test your landing page with" javascript turned off" in the browser, to see how it looks if ajax does not load, to verify if the content on your page is relevant to the adwords keywords, even in the page form not rendered with ajax.

Hi

Few quick things that you may want to look at
1) your url's are not Search Engine Friendly.
2) You don't have robots.txt
3) You don't have sitemap

One most important thing is if you are running search ad, avoid bringing all traffic to home page, bring them to specific category or product page for keyword relevance, which will help you improve your quality score across keywords.
