Hello,

It totally depends upon what your ad rank is and how's the Quality Score during the time user's search query is matched with the keyword you are bidding on.

Since your Ad Rank depends upon Max. CPC, Quality Score and your ad extensions, so the AdWords system calculate your actual CPC dynamically during the ad auction process. So there are chances that if your Ad Rank is low, you might have to pay higher as compared to when your Ad Rank is higher, then your CPC bid would be low.

Hi Joshe

Yes in adwords bid can be different from one keyword to another. But important thing is you can decide what kind of bid u putting on keyword so you would know how much you spending on each and every keyword.

Please read this regarding keyword bidding - https://support.google.com/partners/answer/2472712?hl=en
