You will find (in most cases) that Google spots these very quickly and within a few hours they are removed and your account credited.

You can also look to see where these clicks come from in Alanlytics - just select the day and then drill down to city/browser/operating system and you'll generally find that there is one combination giving you most of the clicks. This will ususally be enough to determine that they are all coming from the same person.

You can contact Google to report, but as I say, in most cases they will be ahead of you and you'll see the numbers go back relatively quickly.

It is a system open to abuse at many levels - from competitiors trying to use up your budget so your ads stop running and you pay for rubbish, to people with AdSense ads on their website clicking on ads to make more moeny - but Google is well ahead of the game. They should be - after all, it's their game!
