the googlr key words toll

Hey , 

 

can anyone let me know where is the google key word toll , because i can not see it .

when i look for it i get adwords istead of keyword toll why .

Please help

The keyword tool is part of AdWords.
You need an AdWords account to use it.

Hi Andre,

The Keyword tool has been replaced with Keyword Planner now and to access it you need to create an Adwords account. But you don't need to run a campaign for this you can ever access it without entering your billing address.
