we have created ads with destination url that contain parameters we use on the site. Example www.sitename/register?sourceofbusiness=GoogleSEM&campaign=SocietyOneUnsecuredPersonalLoans, however when a user clicks on the adword and is navigated to our site the first parameter i.e. sourceofbusiness is being passed correctly but the second parameter i.e. campaign is being dropped. example https://www.sitename/register?sourceofbusiness=GoogleSEM&gclid=CJT_8v_ZjbkCFWo6pgodBCgA6A. Any ideas as this is causing issues for us. thanks so much

Hello.

By the looks of things it's this: www.sitename/register?sourceofbusiness=GoogleSEM&campaign=SocietyOneUnsecuredPersonalLoans should be www.sitename/register?sourceofbusiness=GoogleSEM&campaign=SocietyOneUnsecuredPersonalLoans

You should have & in the URLs, not &, in case you use &. The first tells the server to expect a variable in the URL, the second is an ampersand (character).

Hi Jen,

Calin is right on target with this, as usual. You don't need to html encode the ampersand when entering the destination or display URL's.
