Im trying to set up my first remarking Ad.

Following the remarking set-up guide. Instructions. STEP 1: Click Campaigns at the top of your screen.

Problem is I don't have a CAMPAIGN at the top of my screen to cliick on???

Make sure you are signed in into your adwords account if not you can do so by following this link

after logging in with the help of your google account you can find the CAMPAIGN  tab at top left corner of your screen

I use editor to create my campaigns. It's a pretty simple set up.
Create a new display only campaign. Give it a budget.
Create an ad group. Give it a starting bid.
Add an audience list to the ad group (under targeting).
Add ad copy to the ad group (under ads).

You are good to go.

I agree with Shanee here. You can easily create a campaign using AdWords editor. You can download it from here:

Just use your login details and download the account in to the editor. Set up the campaign by uploading the structures directly, configure them according to your campaign objectives and check all the changes before you post them live.
