I agree with Rob.
You will need to read and apply the information provided with AdWords Best Practices to operate your own AdWords account. We say this since we cannot access accounts and creating an effective ad requires the study of the product, website, competitors...and other elements, all of which is beyond the scope of a free help community. It would also make us responsible for the performance, which would require us to set up keywords, make adjustments to website copy.. all while constantly monitoring and editing numerous aspects of your account... which would certainly make us the manager of it!
