"Delica" is rejected as trademarked, but it is part of the business name!

www.delicapartsbrisbane.com.au is specifically a supplier of Mitsubishi Delica parts. It is a registered business name in Australia. The ad needs to contain the business name, which Google is objecting to, and without which an AdWord campaign is totally useless. Keywords clearly need to include "Delica" and "Mitsubishi", along with "parts", "car parts" etc. Can you please assist me in resolving this situation so the business can use AdWords.

Best regards,

Hello, Steve.

You'll have to contact Mitsubishi and ask them to fill in the trademark authorization form (http://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=106477)

The form is found here: https://services.google.com/inquiry/aw_tmauth?hl=en

Good luck!
