"Account isn't active because you haven't entered billing info"
But I have. My credit card info is visible in the billing page (Automatic payments). I also successfully made a $20 payment. The account balance is $20 credit.
Still, this message is shown and my ads do not run (the summaries say 0 and searching for my keywords in Google Search doesn't show my ads.)
What should I do to get the ads running?

Billing /payment issues are account specifics. Since we do not have access to the account we cannot help with that.
