Dear Sir,

Is there any concept where i can have adwords for my website but without any PPC model...one company is approaching me with the model where they will advertise my website in the adwords and there will be no pay perclick charges...it will be duration based ads with unlimited clicks.

Good morning.

AdWords is PPC--so it's not possible to "have AdWords" without paying for clicks on ads.Unless you're advertising on Display network sites with banner ads. In that case, you still pay to have your ads shown.

I have never heard of "duration-based advertising" through AdWords.  I would caution you to investigate this company and their claims very closely before you give them any money.
