Hello him,

You first need to identify which network you are running your ads on. The search network is used when you want your ads to run on Google's search engine under the sponsored listings while the display network is when your ads will run on exterior sites using AdSense.

For the search network I would recommend using the Ad Preview Tool to find your ads as this prevents any impressions (and therefore a reduced average CTR) from being accumulated.

It would be impossible to trawl the internet to see where your ads appear on the display network but you can get feedback via your AdWords account. You will need to go to the Networks tab, click show details next to Automatic placements and you will then be presented with a list of URLs of where your ad has been shown. Make sure you have a suitable date range when doing this as it can take 24 hours to update.

Hello him,

How long have you ran your ads for and what date range do you have set while viewing this data? It takes 24 hours for the URL list to be updated so you will need to look at yesterday's statistics for example using the date range. Also ensure that you are actually running ads on the display network.
