does adwords have an option to charge only for visits click and not when I click?

You can exclude specific ip adresses in campaigns settings, so you will not advertise on them.
Also if you want to check how your ads are displayed it's better to use this tool https://adwords.google.com/d/AdPreview/ so you will not generate irrelevant impressions.

Hi Carmel,

It's not possible for Google to identify who is clicking on your ads. So, whether it's a visitor or you, Google will charge both.

If you simply want to see your ad without accruing Impressions/clicks yourself, then better try Adwords Ad Preview Tool. Through this tool you can see your ad but can not click on it.

That's not an option. If you need to test the conversion to see if it records properly, you'll end up paying for your own click.
