Hi Pahal,

What you need is a complete marketing plan..
1. With a 6lkh monthly budget targeting India is a tough job. What I would suggest is use the keyword planner and identify your keywords. Once you do that, identify the cost across India per month. If it is too high, You may want to target booming IT locations & metros. Mumbai, Bangalore, pune, chennai, dehi etc.
2. Paid platforms would def include the Google Search network & GDN. With the kind of budget you have these platforms should be enough.
3. Try and keep an uncapped budget for Search. the search network is high on intent. So if you are targeting the right keywords, the people searching for these would be more driven to purchase your solution. GDN helps build awareness about your product/brand. You may want to show up your ads in places that talk about enterprise level cloud email solutions. These could be news paper articles or forums/blogs.

Also, budget allocation should be done at a deeper level - for every theme you are going to target. You will have a certain set of keywords that will perform well for you. YOu will want to spend more money there so that you can get better returns. For keyword themes that do not perform, pull money out.
4. umm... I am not sure what exactly you need here. If you have a decent website, that may not be a bad option to start with too. Ensure tat you have clear calls to action so that people can convert easily. Also, have details of your solution clearly listed out.

5. I am assuming that you need to bring in leads. So getting targeted traffic will be the 1st priority. KPI here could be QS & CTR. ( Just to keep chk. It cannot be your primary aim)
Then comes CPC. You cannot have the costs for every click going trough the roof. You may want to keep that in check.
Your most important KPI should be Conversion Rate. Optimize for conversion rates as much as possible.

Hope this helps!

Cheers,
Shweta
