Hi Santosh,

You don't need to select "mobile" during ad creation. Since you are not bidding for it the ads will not appear on mobile.

Hi Santosh,

Richa is right, You don't need to create a separate mobile ads, if you don't bid on mobile device and landing page is not friendly with mobile.

Doing Check mark in the check box means, your mobile ads will be given more preference than normal text ads on mobile device.

If you add both normal ads and mobile ads on the same ad group and also bidding on mobile device, then normal text ads would be given the preference on desktop/tablet and Mobile ads would be given preference on Mobile device.
