Any ideas? My ads are all showing "eligible" for a week now but not running; account in positive balance by more than enough, auto-bidding set, maximum CPC is very high. First it said "we can't diagnose dynamic ads" or something, then I changed everything and opened all options to optimum "recommended", now it says "can't predict text ads"!

If they ran, the click-through-rate would be "average", "positioning and the rest "average". But they are NOT running and there is no explanation as to WHY.

Hi,

It would help if you could provide a little more context - from what you wrote I'm unable to identify the issue, unfortunately. Smiley Sad

Where exactly do you see this message? In which tool / where in your account do you see it? Are you using only text ads on the search network? Are you using text ads on the display network? Do you still have dynamic content in any of the ads?

Let us know and I'm sure the community will be able to help! Smiley Happy

Best,
GDi

HI bidforjob,

Sounds to me like you are running on the Display Network only. No diagnostics are available for the DN.

Have you entered keywords? Do you have any managed placements? How are you targeting? Perhaps you have target too small a group?

A little more detail about your campaign would help us get you a better answer.

Best of Luck!

Pete
