making changes without worrying about clicks

Hi,

If i put all my ads on pause, can I enable my adgroup and edit the keywords without worrying about their active status? This is because I want to see the bidding required for certain positions (which shows only when the adgroups and keywords are enabled).

Hi Kevin P,

I am not absolutely certain of this. The way I understand this, keywords need a certain amount of activity for the bid simulator to work. If you pause all the ads, the keywords won't get that activity.

Hi Kevin,

Just checked it, it doesn't work this way, ads need to be enabled too..
