Hi Ali,

Is this in general or do you have an AdWords account active that is streaming ads with a Google Call Forwarding number?

Kind Regards,

James

Hi Ali,

Are you using a Google Call Forwarding Number with your ads?

If so, the phone numbers are recycled (reused) from past advertisers. Because of this, you can get calls from people trying to reach the previous business since some people save phone numbers.

If this is not desired, you can either stop using a call forwarding number or contact AdWords Support and see if they can change it out for another number (which may or may not help).

All the Best,

James
