I have created a campaign for display network with one adgroup.

The issue is that I cant find the keywords, neither I can define any excluded keywords.

How can I resolve the issue?

Thank in advance

Keywords on the display network work collectively as a theme which is matched to  relevant pages. (This algorithm also known as "contextual targeting")

Check this link about  choosing  keywords on the display network

MosheTLV thanks for your reply.

Its strange that Keywords of a campaign designed for the Display Network only,
are kept in a different tab (Display Network) compared to a campaign designed only for the Search Network where the keywords are at the same level with the adgroups.

The reason, if I fully understand your intent,  is that on display keywords work differently, and serve as a targeting method (i.e contextual targeting- to be matched with content on web pages), while in search  they are matched with a specific search query.
