Hey Poonam, how are things?

Can you give us more details about this? Adwords by it self doesn't provide IP lists, how are you tracking the clicks coming from this IP address?

Some more information regarding these points may also help:
- What's your target location
- What keywords are generating those clicks
- Are you using negative keywords?

Cheers,

Hey Poonam,

Usually this happen depending on the advanced location target you're using on your campaign settings. By default, Google uses "Reach people in, searching for, or who show interest in my targeted location" which may explain why you're getting IP visits from India, because the're probably searching for united states location.

To avoid that, you should select "Reach people in your targeted location". This will show your ads only to people there're physically located on your targeted region. If you need some help, this page have everything you need:

Depending on your strategy, it's useful to have people outside your targeted area, and you can exclude locations (such as negative keywords) in which may help you narrow everything down. Check this out:

Hope this helps.

Hi Ponam P,

You can use the IP Exclusion tool to block your ad from showing to requests from that IP address. Also, Google does pretty well at detecting invalid clicks. Look at your account billing details and see if you've been credited for invalid clicks. If not, you can submit evidence from your web logs and request a refund for invalid clicks. If you haven't yet, you can add an Invalid Clicks column to the Campaigns tab to make it easier to monitor.

Best of Luck!

you can exclude the ip range that you are getting the unwanted clicks from. example 1.2.3.* where "*" is the wildcard mask. all ips that start with that number will be clocked
