i didnt think i needed a website for adwords...is there any other way

I think you can use a places/G+ local page for adwords express?

Ah yes, this article actually recommends using the places page in some instances.

If you have a brick and mortar business in the US, you have a places page already. You have to have something to direct an ad to. I know you can also land ads on FB, or G+ pages as well...

Wow... 57% of the businesses in my community of less than 250 employees don't have website's(?)....
