How do I delete a user with account access? Only gives me the option to change access level.

"Client Managers" below have a Terminate Access option, but not the account access users.

Hi Derek

To delete a user with account access, you need to
1.Click the gear icon and select Account settings
2.In the "Users with account access" section, find the email address that you'd like to remove.
3.Click Actions in the "Actions" column.
4.Select Terminate access

Are you trying to terminate an account with Administrative access?

If you are, the only way to do that is to log in using another account that also has Administrative access.

Hello Derek,

As far as I know , from the MCC interface you cannot terminate access to users, that is why you are only seeing the option to change their access level.
