Google offers a great tool called Adwords Editor which is ideal for making multiple edits and changes for your ads including keywords (see link below). 

 

AdWords Editor is a free, downloadable Google application for managing large AdWords accounts efficiently. Download your campaigns, make changes with powerful editing tools, then upload the changes to AdWords. You can download it from this

You should use the Keyword Planner to search for keyword or your search terms report.
