error message setting up campaigns

Hi, I get this message when trying to set up a new campaign:

 

There was an error with your operation. If you were trying to make a change, it may not have saved. 

Please refresh this page to try again. 

If the error continues, log out of your AdWords account, then log in again and return to this page. 

 [ Dismiss ]
 
I have tried deleting cache, restarting, another browser etc etc, nothing doing.
 
Any ideas?

Two  more remedies which usually work: delete cookies and sign  out and resign into  the account.

Then, Click "dismiss", and ignore.
(I have never seen a case - including on my own accounts) in which this error did not let making / saving changes to a campaign.

I can do that but hen there are no options to do anything, I'm not sure the page is loading up properly?

Make a small change and test.
This issue is related either to the browser or to your internet connectivity. It's not an AW UI issue..

Hi Moshe, thanks for your help. I've tried logging in on another computer, same problem. I had this problem months ago in a different country and gave up, now on a completely different connection. My account was hacked a couple of months ago?

Call customer service... A specialist has to look into the account..
