csv import multiple keywords

Hi Guys,

We have been manually using adwords for years. Now we will be uploading product ads from a csv. I already have the sample and all of the data with one exception: We frequently have several "key phrases" for each listing. I can't use a comma to add multiples to the "keyword" column. How can I add multiple keyphrase's?

Thanks

Hi Drew,

If I have understood you well, you are trying to upload ads with the help of a CSV file through AdWords Editor and want to have multiple keywords in an ad group. If that is the case, you are supposed to have new row with a new keyword every time.

Something like -

My campaign, My ad group, keyword 1
My campaign, My ad group, keyword 2

If this is not the case, please elaborate your question.

Thanks
Ratan

Hello Drew,

Just use tab separeted format!
Headings if you want to post multiple keywords:
Campaign Ad Group Keyword Type Max CPC Destination URL Keyword Status

There you can add mutliple keywords to one ad group easily.

Campaign Ad Group Keyword Type
Brand Product Product related keyword broad
Brand Product Product related keyword exact
Brand Product Product related keyword phrase

And you can simply copy paste it to the editor or save it as .csv and import it.

Best regards,

Alex
