cpc or cpm for gdn placements
I wanted to know if an advertiser can specify whether to allow cpc or cpm bidding at auction for their spots on gdn?
In other words I'm trying to understand if cpc bidding may be why my ads aren't showing on a specific website placement (I can see unsold gdn inventory) - do I need to change to cpm?

You probably bid too low.
To compete on the same "basis" the system converts CPC to "equivalent CPM", to have both ststegies a common denominator for ranking
