Go to the keywords tab (account level or campaign/ad group level), just click on the metrics name to arrange them in ascending/ descending orders.
If you will click on Clicks, you will get highest clicks keywords at top in descending order and clicking on Clicks again, you will get keywords with lowest clicks at the top.
Similarly, you can do with the cost.
