Hi Anonymus,

You can, but it probably won't have the effect you want. The period, and almost all punctuation in the keyword, are ignored. So that leaves you with a negative keyword of com. I don't know that that will block queries containing a domain name with a TLD of .com. I have no idea what Google may consider a close variation of com.

You might try it, but keep a close watch on the search terms report to see if you are accomplishing your goal.
