If you want to change this, please follow these steps:

Delete a shared budget

Because every AdWords campaign has to have a budget, you can only delete a shared budget if it's not currently being used by any campaigns.

Follow these steps to remove a shared budget from your campaigns and delete it:

Select the Campaigns tab.
Click the Shared library link in the left navigation bar.
Beneath that link, click Budgets.
Click the name of the budget you want to delete.
Click the campaign names that are using the shared budget.
On each campaign's Settings tab, click Edit in the "Budget" section.
Select Individual budget.
Click Save.
Repeat steps 1-9 above for each campaign using the shared budget.
In the Budgets section of the Shared library, select the budget you'd like to delete.
Click Delete.
