Why dont they tell me exactly what it is that i am doing to violate their policy? They just kept sending me emails saying i violate their policy... then i tried to change something else and they send the same email... without directing me what exactly it is that is violating their policy... i tried to fix it again not knowing exactly what to fix... and then they suspend my account for trying to violate their policy too many times.. ???

Hi Meng Y

Without the ability to see your account, which users in the forum are unable to do we would be unable to discuss any violation with you. This really does need to be a conversation between you and Google.

I would suggest phoning or chatting to them about the suspension rather than attempting to make changes if you are unsure of the potential violation itself.

This could ultimately end up causing you further problems.
If you were to share the website with us here in the forum we may be able to make some suggestions if the case was obvious, however, I do think you should reach out to Google and ask for assistance.
