Hi Deepak,

What Pankaj is referring to is the volume of members on your audience list.

Shared Library > Audiences

The link he shared holds the details but there are minimum requirements for Audience lists in order to be targeted by a search or display campaign. The type of visitor doesn't matter - any visitor to your site will be eligible to be added to your audience list. Once your lists are set up, through AdWords or Analytics, they will start growing in size, once you meet the minimum criteria, you can start serving ads against these audience lists.

Hope this helps!

Hello,

I believe you are referring to the Remarketing List eligibility criteria here. For Remarketing list to be eligible in Google Display Network, it requires minimum 100 visitors and for Google search, it is 1000 minimum visitors. I believe this is the standard critieria that has to be met before your list gets eligible to showcase the ads. More details here:- https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2472738?hl=en
