The most complicated interface I've ever come across. I don't even see a 'create an ad' button anywhere. And where it say 'start a campaign' it follows with 'you appear to be lost'.  How does google get customers?

Hi

well its not that complicated but its not that simple also. Just because you cant run a campaign from create ad button only ( Also there is an create an ad button still available)

I agree that this help wizard thing can be bit annoying at some times. But if you are planning to start a campaign its best you to read upon more in the adwords system and strategies more.

Following link would be a good place to start

It does take some practice!! If you are a newbie and a small business owner, sometimes Adwords Express is simpler to use.

If you are looking to manage accounts for others, just jump in and start playing. After a week, everything will start to settle into place and look "normal". It's just confusing in the beginning. Hang in there!
