Hi Abhishek,

For real estate project, here your goal would be generating leads of prospect buyers right? If yes, you should opt for both search and display or you should start search with display select campaign if there is a budget constrain.

Don't forget to run re-targeting campaign, it really help a lot.

All the best

Hey Abhishek,

There isn't really an default answer to this, since the results vary from one company to another on many different aspects such as: brand strength, budget, product appeal and more.

Search Network tends to be better for conversion rates, since the interest comes from the user, he is searching for that, where Display Network is more of a "Opportunity Network", since user is not looking for that, but you get the chance to "talk" to him.

If you have the chance, make tests on both networks and see the results for your self.

You can check here all targeting options for Display Network, which should help decide tha best action:

Hi Abhishek,

The Display and Search Networks can both yield positive results.

For example, if you're looking for home sellers or buyers, you can focus a Search campaign on keywords like "buy a home in ...." or "how to sell a home...." Within the Display Network, you could run ads on relevant blogs that talk about home buying or selling.

For Display Network ads, be prepared to have a higher volume of clicks that are also cheaper, but which also (generally) have lower conversion rates. However, when properly optimized, the cost per acquisition of 1 lead (i.e. how much you spend on ads to get 1 lead) on the Display Network should be very comparable to the Search Network cost of acquisition.

Also, you may want to set up two separate campaigns; one for Search and one for Display, so you can control their budgets separately.

Running both Search and Display will give you a wider net to capture potential leads, so if your budget allows it, you may want to run both networks. But if your budget is very low, you may want to focus just one Search to start with, and then expand to Display.

Hope this helps.
