Which Bidding Strategy will be Good For Me?[ Edited ]

Hi I am new to Adwords. I am selling a service in my site at a rate of $2. Whenever this service is sold i get around $1.50 profit. I want to create ad campaign for this service. I don't know which bid strategy to follow, whether i should go for cpc or cpa? Help me so that i can get enough profit for each sale of this service.
If i choose cpa will i be charged only for conversions or i will be charged for both conversions and clicks?
Which Bidding Strategy will be Good For Me?
Good question. I'd go with manual CPC bidding first. reason for this is to create CPA related bidding strategies you need data to understand conversions patterns and Avg CPA ratio etc. Without knowing these data if you make a bidding strategy with CPA or ROAS you could get in trouble.
For now, go ahead with manual CPC bidding and control the bids manually and optimise the campaigns. Once you have enough data you can consider developing more advanced flexible bidding strategies in AdWords.
