What is Eligible(Learning) in campaign status?

Hi,

This means that your campaign is active and can show ads. The "Learning" part is your Bid Strategy status. After you make a change to your bid strategy, it takes time for AdWords to gather the performance data it needs to optimize your bids. If you continue to see this status for 1-2 weeks then reference this article to determine if your conversion settings are misconfigured: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6263057#misconfigured

Hope that helps!

Hi,

That's a different question and there could be many reasons why your campaign isn't receiving impressions. I would start by reviewing the account notifications by clicking on the bell logo in the upper right. If there is nothing listed there the ensure:

  • active keywords and ads in each ad group
  • keyword bids above first page bid estimates
  • valid billing method
  • daily budget is set higher than cpc bids

If all else fails contact AdWords Support: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/7217785?visit_id=1-636246621018519048-2505334782&hl=en&rd=...

Actually this an app install campaign targeted for mobiles and as I remember if the bid is too low it will be shown in the campaigns front page.

There is nothing shown on the page other than Eligible(Learning)" but no impressions.

I mean no fix for it, other than waiting!!

Note each time you make changes while it is learning this will reset the time for another 5-6 days to learn.

So just leave it until it runs.
