What do these numbers mean?

This is a screenshot of the traffic estimator: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/10067449/google_ads.gif

1) Why do the daily clicks increase as the Max CPC increases?

2) Why is the daily cost $2.43 when the daily budget is $20?

3) Why don't Daily Impr. change?

4) What is CTR?

5) Why does Total Impressions say "93 - 113" and that never changes?

6) How are the daily clicks calculated?

Thanks.
