@probaum-München B.  Great Question . Am glad to assist you on the AdWords Help Forum.

 

If you observe such you can assist Google by Reporting the Suspicions . However Google has sophisticated systems to identify invalid clicks and impressions and remove them from your account data. 

 

You will later get your Budget replaced with reason (Invalid Clicks) .

Nope. It will not happen, of course thanks to Google's Invalid clicks

All correct answers above.  It is not something to worry about, Google backs them out in a post-process known as "click washing".
