Updating Remarketing List in Analytics, Will Existing Campaign Update?

Might be an inane question but the answer will either save me from or cause extra work: After creating a series of remarketing lists based on unique customer journeys through our website and analyzing the results of the campaigns, there are changes I'd like to make to the lists (i.e. change landing page). If I update them in Analytics, will the existing campaigns update automatically or will I need to create new campaigns? Thanks!

Hello, Alexx.

Given the fact that audiences can be edited in Analytics I'm tempted to think (though I have no link to point you to at the moment) that the behavior is the following:
- you update the list and from then on cookies are only added to the list if they meet the new condition
- old cookies still stay on the list until they expire ( X days after they were added, where X is the list duration)
- lists are updated in AdWords as well and you don't need to do anything to your campaigns; any campaign that was previously using that list will keep using it.

Hope it helps.

(Later edit): I found this reference after writing the post: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/3176171?hl=en; apparently I was right in my assumptions. But there's more info over there as well.
