Wen creating a text add, I have entered Headline 1 and Headline 2 which should be displayed as "Headline 1 - Headline 2" but in search results its coming up as "URL - Headline 1 - Headline 2". None of the other ads I see in search results show the URL before the headline so how can I get that removed from my ads?

It's not something you can control.  Sometimes it appears before the headline, sometimes it's after the headline, and sometimes it does not appear.  I think it's something Google is testing.  Although it may appear this way, it's not just happening to your ad.
