The account holder left my company and i do not know how to acces my google adwords account...

I have no idea how to contact google. It is horrible and I am very upset. My company is spending money and I cannot get help. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Worse than ATT. Please call me to get this resolved.

Hi Jessica,

 

Google doesn't return calls. You'll need to reach out to support and explain the situation. in the meantime, here are a few ideas:

 

If this person was using a company email address, is there a possibility that you can get the credentials for that email address?  

 

The billing is going somewhere, you may need to track that down to find your customer ID.

 

You can also try the "I lost my login information" form too.

In the meantime - this is a public forum - I would strongly advise you to edit your post (use the gear icon) to remove your telephone number as you will likely receive any number of calls from people asking to solve your problem for a fee....

Hi Jessica,

If the billing is on a credit card, your account number will be shown there. If it's an automatic withdrawal from your bank account, you can get your account number from there. Armed with your account number and the amount of your last billing you should be able to gain access to your account.
