Hi Jerry,

What did you do to try to add your new email address?

The thing to do is send an invitation to the new email address. Before clicking on the link in the email, be sure you are completely signed out of Google services. You may need to log off both in AdWords and your Google account. After signing off AdWords, go to google.com. If your name appears there, log off.

Now click on the link in the email and answer "I already have an account". It's not the most intuitive answer to the question. At that point, the new email address is added to the existing account. Now, log out and log back in to AdWords with the old address. Confirm the new user and promote to admin.

If you have already created a new account for the new email address, that will need to be removed from the new account before you can use it in the old account. Basically, you will do the same thing with the new account, but after promoting the new user to admin, log into the account as that user and remove the email you want to use from that account.

Best of Luck!

Pete
