Trying to set up new account

Trying to set up first ad. The only page visible in my account is "reports".  "Feedback" link will not send help issue.  Using IE 9.

Hi @Karen K it's time to upgrade (or change) your browser, I'm afraid.  Google dropped support for IE9 back in June 2014 so you'll need either to upgrade to IE10, or the latest, IE11, or move to a different browser.

Your browser may not be compatible with the current Adwords Interface.

I would personally suggest using the latest version of Google Chrome.

Thanks, Jon, I was afraid of that.  Would my Vista computer and FireFox work, do you think?

Firefox will work, I use it daily.

Chrome is also obviously as supported browser as well
