Dynamic display ads are only used to show rotating images of your products, so it requires a feed (spreadsheet) of all your products with specific requirements such as image links, price, quantity. Here is a guide on how to set up a feed for display ads: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6053288?hl=en

Here is the product feed specification list: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/7052112?hl=en

If you want to create display ads with images and text that you want to provide, use the Responsive Ad format.
