Hi,

I created a campaign and an ad group but I have the message "This campaign has no ad groups", when I click on "View" it says "No more issue!" but the warning is still displayed and my ad is still not published...

It's obviously a bug, has anyone experienced this? What can I do?

Thanks!

Hi Laurent,

Welcome to AdWords Community!

I think you're referring to the yellow notification that says 'campaign has no ad groups'. It is a known issue that the notification doesn't get turned off for sometime after creating ad groups, as there is a lag in that to disappear. However, that doesn't affect ad serving. If you've created ads and added keywords within the ad group, there may be other reasons for ad not getting served. Could you navigate to the ads tab, mouse over the speech bubble next to the ad and check what it says?

Luarent,

There are times when a Top level Banner Note or Bell Notification message will last a bit longer as a message even after it's fixed.

If you have ad group and ad's, then you just have to wait for the Ad's to be Approved. It can take up to 24 hours for an add to be approved.

If you are in the Search Network, they usually approve faster then the Display network Banner ads.

Another issue may be payment details, as long as you have enter your billing information and it's approved, then the next potential issue is Ad Approval.

In search network, you can run a Diagnostic under your keywords tab to see if there are issues:

Having the right keywords is essential in making sure customers see your ad. Here’s how to check that your keywords are triggering your ad to show:

Click the Keywords tab for the campaign you’re interested in.
In the "Status" column for each keyword, click the speech bubble icon Speech bubble to see if the keyword is triggering your ad to show.

If a keyword isn’t triggering your ad, you’ll see the reasons why and a link to what you can do to improve your keyword performance. Some of the most common reasons include low Quality Score or low maximum cost-per-click bid.

You can also use this handy Check list diagnostic to see what issues my occur

Hope that helps
