Thank You page in Sub-Folder

Hi,

I have one concern. When it comes to conversion tracking in Analytics, Goal is required. Suppose the thank you page is in a sub-folder. e.g. www.somedomain.com/subfolder/thank-you, how should we place the Thank You URL in the URL Destination goal?

As Google suggests /thankyou.html instead of www.example.com/thankyou.html for a web page.

Thanks,

Hi Jack N,

Ok, you want to use Analytics Goals as your conversion. All URL's in the goal should be everything except the domain. For www.somedomain.com/subfolder/thank-you.html, enter /subfolder/thank-you.html.

Use either stem match (Begins with) or literal (Equals to). If no query string is included, use "Equals to".

Best of Luck!
