Hi taewoo,

Could you please check if there are no alerts in your account. You might also check that you have sufficient funds. How about your bid? Isn't too low? Do you have only text ads or also image ads?

Best,

Hello again Taewoo;

Have you reviewed and verified image ads policy requirements on the Display Network?

Hi taewoo,

If your ads are not eligible to run, that means that your ads are not in compliance with the policies. Could you please contact a support person (click the "contact AdWords" button in the top right corner) and ask them to check what's going on in your account?

Best,

taewoo, I had the same problem in the past. Try the following:

Switch the campaign from CPA bidding back to CPC bidding.

Ceck the default CPC prices that are automatically set after you switch the bidding type.

There's a small chance that they will reset to very low values, like 0.01 or 0.1. If this is the case, then raise the bids to the previous values before you used CPA bidding. Start campaigns with CPC bidding and let them run for a wile on this bidding type. Wait 1-2 weeks or until you have about 100 new conversions then switch back to CPA.
